The project consisted of the construction of an office with adjacent technical areas, the cladding of the five silos in which the fermentation process takes place and an installation building. The biogas installation converts manure and organic waste flows into biogas, which is then upgraded to green gas. It annually supplies 3.7 million cubic meters of green gas.
The office building was delivered turnkey, including hollow-core concrete floors, aluminium frames and sandwich panels and the building-specific installations. A separate construction with a fire wall has been placed between the office and the technical areas, where the cogenerator and the gas converter are located.
The client was closely involved in the engineering phase, in order to align the construction in the best possible way with his primary process. The preparation of the project only took a month: we received the order at the end of April and at the end of May we already started with the construction of the foundation.
