Our Design & Build approach works!

One project has only just been completed, or the construction of the next business premises is already in full swing. Our Design & Build department is currently building new commercial premises in among others Sneek and Hoeksche Waard. Both projects are good references for our working method, from tailored advice in the preparatory phase to a short construction time.

In Sneek we are building a three-storey office building with warehouse for Everlake E-commerce on a high-profile location on the water. The company runs several web shops offering a large range of household consumables. When driving into Sneek from the A7, you will notice the building at once. Not only because of its location, but also because of the eye-catching wall cladding. Turnkey delivery is scheduled for the third quarter of this year.

The first contacts with Everlake E-commerce were made three years ago. Lars Bekhuis, Manager Sales: “The design we made at the time was not approved by the aesthetics committee. Together with our client and KatKoree architects, we decided to revise it completely. The building now meets all the wishes and requirements of our client, also in terms of design. And at the same time, we remain within the available budget.”

A good example of a project with a short construction time are the business premises we are building for Podolab Hoeksche Waard (PLHW). PLHW produces arch supports and sandals for companies in podology, podiatry and orthopaedic shoe technology. In addition to a workshop, the new building consists of an office and storage space.

The steel structure is in place and the contours of the building are already clearly visible. Thanks to a thorough preparatory phase, in which we determined the design together with the customer, we can realize the entire business premises within three months. This means that we will deliver it turnkey in early June.
