Voortman Steel Construction is building its third new property on De Elsmoat business park between Enter and Rijssen. This time a turnkey building in an attractive high-visibility location, comprising a workshop of 1,000 m2 and offices of 450 m2.
For the implementation, Voortman is forming a building team with 4D Architects based in Enter and Lesscher Installatietechniek based in Saasveld. The design of the new business premises has a striking, large lattice truss framework, which fulfils both an aesthetic and an engineering function.
Upon completion two companies will be moving into the premises in November: TSE and Lanova Laadpalen. Trading company TSE supplies high quality products and innovative equipment for the storage and distribution of fuels, chemicals and water. Lanover supplies electric charging stations for the business and private sector.
