Building business premises in five phases
We build architect-designed business premises throughout the Netherlands. We do this in close consultation with our clients and in collaboration with our supply chain partners. The following is a brief description of how this is done in practice. The build process can be divided into five phases:
1. The orientation phase
In which all manner of questions need to be answered about the location, whether you want the build to be on a carcass or turnkey basis, what services are needed and what the role of your local authority is.
2. The development phase
In which we enter discussions with you about your corporate vision, internal process and future developments. We transpose your basic principles into a schedule of requirements and a spatial plan.
3. The purchase phase
In which, once the purchase contract has been signed, we apply for the requisite permit and pursue technical work on the drawings. We start work upon receipt of the building permit.
4. The build phase
In which we deliver your business premises with our fixed supply chain partners and match all build components to one another. We keep you constantly updated on developments.
5. The completion phase
In which we jointly evaluate the build with you and correct any anomalies. We strive for a perfect final completion so you can occupy your premises at once.
